IBA trainings are now in an online platform
Complying with the ‘social isolation’ calls made in parallel with the Covid-19 virus outbreak, IAS and IAS Business Academy (IBA) gradually switched from work from home model. IAS made regulations on the subject in all its units. In this context, IBA trainings continue where they left off in online platforms. IBA General Manager Çiğdem Dönmez evaluated as: “This process is a good opportunity to serve those who want to attend the trainings, to improve ourselves and our team, to spare time for the subjects we want to focus on.” Dönmez invites everyone, IAS employees, business partners, customers and interest who want to make the most of this process with ‘digitalization via ERP software’ to online IBA trainings.
Noting that the current calendar of online trainings organized by IBA can be reached at iasbusinessacademy.com, Dönmez also stated that participants can register online here. The IBA team, which evaluates the requests, is planning the trainings to be opened according to the density of the participants. In the online trainings organized for IAS partners and customers in the past weeks; IBA, which completed canias IQ, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Quality Management (QLT) trainings, also provides Basic Information (INT), Basic Data (BAS), General Accounting (FIN), Asset Management (AST) and Budget Management (BUD) for new consultants started working in the IAS South Korea office. Stating that this online structure also positively affects the participation rate in the trainings, Dönmez said that: “According to the feedback we received from our online trainings, the trainings are very effective and efficient. We also receive suggestions from our participants about new training topics. Everyone is enthusiastic about allocating this period to trainings that they cannot spare time and give priority in the regular intense work pace and to use the time efficiently with such online trainings.”
