RPA market will grow with artificial intelligence technologies
Robusta Founding Partner Murat Dayanıklı said that as a country we have a strategic opportunity; with the support of the public, we can become widespread in Europe and become a serious player in the RPA (Robotic Process Automation) market. Emphasizing that RPA technologies are rapidly spreading and becoming very popular in the world as a tool to transform the businesses of white-collar workers, Murat Dayanıklı emphasized that during the pandemic period, companies discovered the importance of processes that are zero-touch and he added:
RPAs are virtual robots. In the future, there will not be some jobs we do have today, but there will be new jobs. We are in a period where we need to update ourselves and gain new competencies. We have great potential to be both a technology provider and a service provider of robotics businesses in Europe. As Robusta, we see a serious opportunity here. This market is very new; it has become popular very quickly. There is an expectation that the market will grow much larger and robotic process automation platforms will go further, especially with the combination of artificial intelligence technologies. RPA also creates a safer working environment. As Robusta, we want to expand abroad not as a service, but as a product, unlike project-based software. Our product has reached the global maturity level; we want to become widespread with our product. While doing this, we are trying to do this with local IT consultancy companies there. Thus, as a matter of fact, we will turn into a center where both our technology and the after-sales services will be provided properly. In fact, we have developed our partner channels in Turkey in the pandemic period. There is a big market and we know that the service sector is very expensive in the European Union. RPA is a serious transformation tool for ‘insourcing’. You own your process again at a lower cost with RPA. There is a serious demand in the West on this issue, we need to catch this demand as a country. We think that with the support of the public here, we will quickly become widespread in Europe. Then we are thinking of opening up to America to be more global.
