Artificial intelligence is at the heart of investments
Türk Telekom invested in TT Ventures, a corporate venture capital company, and Syntonym, Optiyol, QuantWifi and B2Metric companies that produce artificial intelligence-based solutions. TT Ventures selected 3 of the investments from startups that graduated from the PILOT acceleration program. Türk Telekom Strategy Planning and Digital Assistant General Manager Barış Karakullukçu said: “We support startups with our knowledge and financial resources, with the corporate venture acceleration program PILOT. With our corporate venture capital company TT Ventures, we invest in these startups and try to ensure that startups that develop innovative products and services with global growth potential can compete in the world market. By investing in 4 more startups recently, we reached 8 startups in total. We will continue our investments that will provide added value to the country’s economy by reviving domestic production.”
One of the startups invested in was Syntonym, which developed synthetic data anonymization technology. By preserving analytical metrics, Syntonym makes it possible to both prevent structural and functional losses in the anonymization process and use the obtained data in artificial intelligence training. With its artificial intelligence technology, Optiyol provides routing solutions to many different sectors from e-commerce to transportation and logistics operations. QuantWifi, on the other hand, aims to maximize customer satisfaction by measuring the internet need in homes and the associated Wi-Fi connection experience, which stands out especially during the Covid19 process. B2Metric also offers solutions for gathering and cleaning data from different sources and producing future predictions by using an artificial intelligence-based customer motion interpretation platform and automatic machine learning modeling infrastructure.
