‘Digital Efficiency Library’ is open to access
The Ministry of Industry and Technology launched the ‘Digital Efficiency Library’, where publications on the subject are gathered under one roof in order to raise awareness about productivity.
The ‘Digital Efficiency Library’, which provides free access to more than 700 publications on productivity, has been opened to access. The Digital Efficiency Library, created by the General Directorate of Strategic Research and Efficiency, can be accessed via the address “verimlilikkutuphanesi.sanayi.gov.tr”. In the digital library, where it is aimed to raise awareness about productivity and efficiency, the related publications of the Ministry were offered free of charge as well as non-periodical publications. There are more than 700 books and publications on productivity, which have been published since 1963 under the title of ‘Non-Periodical Publications’ on the digital platform. These publications cover many types of works such as books, translations, congress, conference and symposium books, research and examination results, industry reports and guides. The monthly ‘Anahtar (Key)’ and quarterly ‘Verimlilik (Productivity)’ magazines published by the Ministry are also among the resources opened to access in the digital library.
The economic, social and cultural effects of the incentives, investments and supports given by the central units of the Ministry of Industry and Technology and the institutions that are affiliated, related and coordinated are evaluated in Impact Analysis studies. Thus, it is aimed both to strengthen the accountability mechanism of the public resources used and to develop the programs by reviewing them. The summary reports of the studies within this scope are also included in the ‘Digital Efficiency Library’.
