E-Government step from the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services
Minister of Family, Labor and Social Services Zehra Zümrüt Selçuk informed that the services provided by the ministry are now free from bureaucracy and are provided via e-Government and thus, 5 of the 10 most used services belong to their ministry.
Minister Selçuk emphasized that social security, social services, social aid and citizen satisfaction in working life are taken as a basis and in this direction they provide services by facilitating the processes and said that: “Our Ministry has 278 applications in e-Government. Our services are accessed an average of 4.3 million times a day. 5 of the 10 most used services in e-Government belong to our ministry.”
“How much do I earn in incentives?” application was implemented
Minister Selçuk stated that with the transfer of the services to the electronic environment, citizens deal with less paperwork and they save time and money. Underlining that 1.4 million employers have implemented the “How much do I earn in incentives?” application in order to benefit from the incentives more easily and effectively, Selçuk said: “Thus, our employers can easily learn about insurance premium incentives, supports and discounts. We encourage our employers for new employment thanks to the support we have provided.” Minister Selçuk stated that: “We transferred all the notifications of our local authorities regarding social security to the electronic environment in 2019”.
