Ecosystem will meet at n-telligent institute for training

Netaş has opened up all its knowledge to its entire ecosystem, including institutions and organizations, under the roof of the high technology education center n-telligent institute. With the n-telligent institute established to strengthen the digital competencies of companies’ human resources, Netaş aims to be a “business partner” in the training of human resources of companies in different verticals. The next goal of Netaş is to export training by opening the n-telligent institute to the world with ZTE. The n-telligent institute, which is designed to respond quickly to the ever-changing needs of digital transformation and also focuses on training engineering leaders, is designed to support the development of leadership skills of engineers in technical roles and increase their social skills. Under the roof of the n-telligent institute, Netaş offers training under 20 sub-topics in 6 main categories, from cyber security to agile management, test services software, big data science. The n-telligent institute also includes trainings on 5G network technologies, radio access technologies and RAN, products of ZTE, the main shareholder of Netaş.

On the other hand, n-telligent institute partnered with the DevOps Institute, a global organization made up of DevOps experts. In this context, the n-telligent institute received the DevOps Institute’s competency of training and testing center in Turkey and in the region. Thus, Netaş trainers will also have the competence to provide training with accredited DevOps and DevSecOps instructor certificates. There is also a collaboration with Dale Carnegie, contributing to the organizational development of companies with more than 100 years of experience of n-telligent institute. Dale Carnegie supports Netaş experts in creating an instructor vision, preparing their training programs and developing their skills for an effective training with the “Training of Trainer” certification program.
