IAS introduced canias4.0 IAO
IAS, which offers fully integrated technologies that companies need in their Industry 4.0 journey, met with its customers and potential customers at the launch of canias4.0 IAO.
Giving detailed information about IAO, IAS General Manager Metehan Altındil said that: “Industrial Application Objects (IAO) is a solution we have produced to minimize the complexity that arises with the development of technology, and it is also an investment for the future.”
Explaining that 77 modules in caniasERP have been turned into objects, Altındil said that: “With IAO, we have turned all modules in our enterprise resource planning solution caniasERP into stand-alone objects. All components in (Modules as Service) have become objects that can survive independently in their own environment. You will have an object that you can progress towards the target in both updates and testing processes. They all walk on separate paths and can reach the same destination. We have designed objects that can stand alone and at the same time have the ability to be fully integrated within the ERP and work independently of the environment.”
Mentioning about the subject of artificial intelligence by talking about their own domain concept, Altındil stated that: “We plan to create a language for each domain, thanks to the rules we will define within the neural networks in artificial intelligence. Just as neurons serve as a message in nerves, domains will actually act as neurons on the artificial intelligence we will create here; in fact, the domain will be the neuron itself. So ERP systems will talk. Developing a process will be the same as constructing a sentence, and we will continue all these processes by working with the object oriented part of our database using our own software language, TROIA.”
Explaining the new software development approach of IAS, IAS General Manager Bahtiyar Tan said: “It is important to have the right solutions. IAS is a technology company that not only develops applications using various tools, but also develops the technologies used to develop this software. In line with our vision, we made an important innovation in our software development approach. canias4.0 is a system that is both native (running directly on the computer) and can be accessed via a web browser. With this study, it has become possible to use all functionality via the web browser, as the development process is done not only through the ide but also through the runtime environment. The development and maintenance process can be done on any device with a web browser.
