icibot opened up to the world

The “mobile assistant” icibot, developed by Turkish software developers and first applied in Antalya, was opened up to the world. In a short time, icibot was mentioned in the tourism sector and became a partner with Pargesoft, which is one of the largest Microsoft ERP partners in Turkey. The icibot, which was implemented three years ago and stands out in parallel with the contactless holiday concept due to the Covid-19, started to be applied in dozens of hotels in a short time. İCİ Tech Technology was established in partnership with B1 and Pargesoft to make new and stronger investments in the field of travel technologies. With this partnership, it was ensured that icibot and similar travel technology applications were offered with a stronger technological infrastructure and opened up to the world market. With the applications developed, guests can carry out the access procedures of their rooms online, get information about the hotel, learn about the activities in the hotel and buy special services by making reservations to all areas, without having to be in contact the staff and without needing to meet face to face until the moment they leave the hotel. Mobile applications that support hotels’ guest relations and increase their income will bring many new income models to the tourism industry. Pargesoft General Manager Kaan Altunterim makes the following statement about the solution:
