ICT 500 program spreads over a week
The “Top 500 ICT Companies of the Informatics Industry in Turkey – 2020” Research results will be announced on 4th of August, 2021. The week of 2 – 6 August were determined as the “ICT 500 Week”.
Throughout the week, special events will be held on topics that are closely related to the world of informatics, business and investment. The ICT 500 research will be organized with the “Unicorns of Tomorrow at ICT 500 Today!” motto for the 22nd time this year and the results will be announced with a ceremony within the scope of a week-long special event series. The events will take place between 2 – 6 August, while the ceremony will be held on 4th of August. Under the sponsorship of KoçSistem, the opening speeches of the ‘phygital’ (physical and digital) award ceremony, which will be held for the first time this year, will be delivered by Presidential Economic Policy Committee Member Dr. Hakan Yurdakul, Deputy Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Ömer Fatih Sayan and Presidential Digital Transformation Office President Ali Taha Koç.
Special programs for the whole week
“ICT 500 does not fit in one day anymore with its rich content. For this reason, with special panels to be held throughout the week, we will spread ICT 500 over the week.” said Özlem Unan, the General Manager of M2S Research and Marketing Company, which carried out the ICT 500 research. She noted that the ICT 500 Award Ceremony will be held in a ‘phygital’ – hybrid manner. Unan stated that: “Companies that win the award will be able to receive their awards digitally or physically, as they prefer. Opinion leaders at the ICT 500 week
Opinion leaders of the industry will share information at the panels to be held on August 2-6, 2021. Technology Development Zones Association President Faruk İnaltekin, Erciyes Technopark General Manager Serhat Dalkılıç, Gazi Technopark General Manager Tuğrul İmer, Cisco Turkey General Manager Didem Duru, Hewlett Packard Enterprise General Manager Güngör Kaymak, Information Technologies NGOs Platform Coordinator Behçet Envarlı as well as experienced names of the industry such as YASAD President Gönül Kamalı, TÜBİSAD Chairperson Levent Kızıltan and Women in Technology Association President Zehra Öney will take place in the panels to be held.
