The problems of public IT experts who cannot get 3600 additional indicators should be resolved immediately. Establishing ethical rules is very important. ‘Digital transformation of SMEs’ should take place among the mega projects of Turkey. With the collaboration of universities, industry and government; politicians also should contribute to the creation and implementation of realistic and innovative strategies and policies aimed at solving these problems, which are voiced by the sector under the leadership of TBD.”
