New mobile services from the Ministry of Justice
The Ministry of Justice has added new services to its mobile services. The Ministry has launched the Expert Portal and the Mediator Portal mobile applications for the mediators and experts to follow their work done electronically through UYAP more easily.
The Ministry of Justice transferred the works of mediators and experts electronically via UYAP to phones and tablets. With the new mobile applications, users will be able to see the files assigned to them, file cover information and parties. With the application, the file can be accepted or rejected. New mobile applications were implemented by the Ministry’s engineers with completely domestic facilities. Mediators and experts will be able to download the application free of charge and log in with a password on their iOS and Android operating system.
Files can be accepted or rejected via the application
Thanks to the Mediation Mobile applications, users will be able to see the files assigned to them and the cover information of the file. With the application, the file can be accepted or rejected. It will also be able to receive notifications when the file arrives. Applications and party information, documents of the file can be downloaded to mobile devices. In both applications, studies continue to update personal information, to make additional time, SEGBİS interview and withdrawal requests.
With the Expert Mobile application, experts will be able to receive notification when the file is received and will download the documents to their mobile devices along with the process of viewing the file cover information, party information and the files they have accepted. It will also be possible to send the expert report prepared with the request of updating personal information, additional time and withdrawal request via mobile application in the near future. The Ministry of Justice had previously implemented applications such as Lawyer Portal, Citizen Portal, e-Justice, Institution Portal, Expert Portal, Mediator Portal and SMS Information System, which were also developed by its own personnel. Updating and security of these applications are carried out entirely by the personnel of the Directorate General of Information Technologies of the Ministry of Justice.
