Organizational Maturity Certificate obtained
Logo Human and Organizational Transformation Unit, as a unit whose main business is not to produce technology, has achieved digitalization in all its processes with the LAPIS (Logo Agile Process Improvement System) and obtained ISO 15504 Level 5 Spice Organizational Maturity Certificate. LAPIS, used by technology units, was adapted to Logo HR processes, thereby achieving end to end digitalization, transition to an agile working model, measurement of HR outputs and productivity increase. Developed by Logo in 2008 based on lean production philosophy and agile methodologies, LAPIS has been used by product development units for a long time. LAPIS, which is used for product development processes, has been adapted for teams other than IT, with the same principles to be used in different departments of the company. With the process designed with LAPIS; parameters such as time management, transparency, compliance and continuous improvement, which are uncertain, complex and variable, are made more specific, simple and suitable for planning with basic principles. Supporting the principles with the rules and tools in the process enables the planning teams to act together and present improvement ideas on the existing framework instead of creating the process. Logo Group Human and Organizational Transformation President Hande Yalgın gave the following information:
“With the pandemic process, many companies started working remotely. With our digital transformation move implemented in 2019, we have based our digital transformation parameters on a 4-legged model, including digital thinking, knowledge, agility and processes. We are also a digital transformation guide outside, but we focused primarily inside. We digitalized our HR processes from end to end and determined the maturity of the process. Agile and digital learning activities have also gained momentum in Logo Group, which operates in the field of software and where agility is defined as the basic competence. With the certificate we received, we saw the accuracy of the steps we have taken with LAPIS. This document is usually received by companies that develop software and technology business units, we received it for the first time in Turkey as an HR unit.”
