SABİM is the world leader in the “Best Public Services” category

The Ministry of Health Communication Center (SABİM) won the gold medal in the “Contact Center World Awards” World Finals as the world champion in the “Best Public Services” category. successfully representing our country Once again on the international platform, SABİM won the gold medal in the “Best Public Services” category at the “Contact Center World Awards 2020 EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) Finals” in October 2020, in which more than two thousand call centers from more than 70 countries participated and deserved to enter the world finals. According to the results of the “Contact Center World – World Final”” announced in February 2021, SABİM won the gold medal in the “Best Public Services” category. Voting within the scope of “Contact Center World Awards 2020 EMEA Finals” and “Contact Center World – World Finals” is meticulously examined by a jury consisting of sector professionals from all countries.
