Which smart technologies do companies use in Turkey?
Detaysoft, a SAP solution partner with 100% Turkish capital, conducted a detailed research on how much new generation technologies are used by companies in Turkey. According to the Intelligent Business Analysis research, one in two companies plans to improve business processes using smart technologies and invests in cloud technologies. Research results show that one out of every three companies has not yet had a digital transformation roadmap.

One in two companies are benefiting from cloud technologies
SMEs make up 45% of the participants in the Smart Business Analysis survey, which produces the digital transformation scorecard of companies in Turkey. According to the results of the research, one out of every two companies in Turkey uses cloud technologies and takes advantage of analytics. One out of every three companies is getting acquainted with the internet of things, two out of every three companies benefiting from this technology are also using industrial internet of things technologies. One out of every five companies uses robotic process automation (RPA) and makes use of artificial intelligence in their business processes.
One in three companies does not have a roadmap yet
According to the survey, one out of every three companies does not yet have a defined roadmap to benefit from smart technologies. While 21% of the companies states that they are in the planning stage, 35% do not have any plans in this area. The survey reveals that one out of every two companies uses smart technologies to improve their business processes. While two out of every five companies use smart ERP (enterprise resource planning), almost half of the companies have prioritized their analytics investments to make strategic decisions with less risk.
One in three companies manage their supply chain with smart technologies
The supply chain, which has gained greater importance with the pandemic, can be managed more strongly and sustainably with smart technologies. According to the survey, one out of every three companies today manages their supply chain with smart technologies. One in two companies collects and analyzes data to improve their customers’ experiences. With employee loyalty coming to the fore, one out of every three companies manages their HR processes end-to-end with smart systems.
